Position

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: TRAINING:

Identify make-up training needs and design creative make-up training to motivate BC's talent and passion Educate BC on make-up knowledge, techniques and stylist's behavior to be consistent with corporate grooming guidelines and to ensure BCs are presentable on-counter Ensure BCs follow the brand's selling chic routine and express brand values through beauty service Support BCs to improve their sales techniques including link and cross-selling skills Map out yearly training plan of classroom sessions and individual counter coaching Monitor yearly regional training budge to be discussed with Regional Training Manager Support on ad-hoc projects and assist in regional BC Seminar/workshop by areas FIELD COACHING: Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goal, maximize sales opportunities and improve artistry skills Liaise with retail team on the "Focus star" of the month and collaborate with Regional Training Manager on selling ritual to achieve sales objective Evaluate and review BC performance, evolution of the BC skills, and report best practices quarterly Identify and assist to develop talents in the team to master the beauty secrets service RETAIL : Collaborate with retail & marketing team to support in make-up event/on-counter activity Drive retail sales through event results and strive brand artistry image to next level Passionate in beauty trend with pioneer sense, able to share information on market trend and make-up knowledge with retail team

Profile

PROFILE & SKILLS

3-5 years of professional cosmetic industry experience/artistry experience Extensive make-up knowledge Solid experience in field coaching Fluency in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese Basic in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing 60% of field presence and willing to travel
