Job Description

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):

  • Develop, implement and monitor APAC digital marketing plans in line with global, regional and local marketing strategy

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in executing key initiatives for APAC region across all digital channels

  • Set and analyze the KPIs and results of the digital performances from all APAC markets

  • Ensure a seamless digital User Experience and uplift brand perception towards the end consumer

  • Support Marketing Manager on HK market strategy and provide support on digital channels

  • Basic knowledge on photo retouching tools may be required

Scope in APAC:

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in the preparation of the digital assets for each season - align all the digital related content and assets needs (by function) and share them with each market

  • Support on the maintenance of seasonal campaign site, own lee.com and Lee Jeans Asia YouTube channel in APAC region

  • Monitor and coordinate with markets to ensure that all social media content is up-to-date and is in alignment with regional and local monthly content plans

  • Monitor and track lee.com (brand website) on all APAC markets (CN, HK, TW, JP, IN, ID, TH, PH, MY, VN, AU, SA) to ensure all communication content is relevant and up-to-date at all time against the brand and digital guidelines

  • Support in digital KPIs setting, tracking and analysis for each market in a regular basis

  • Collect data from all AP markets to complete the digital dashboard in a regular basis

  • Manage Lee Jeans Asia channel on YouTube as a regional video hub

  • Competitor digital campaign monitoring and real-time share out to the marketing team

  • React to and explore new digital and social trends in the market and share for the team

Scope in HK:

  • Prepare and manage the materials and content calendar of Lee Jeans HK social media, i.e. Facebook and Instagram

  • Monitor HK KOL accounts, prepare monthly reports and provide key learnings, highlights and implications where necessary

  • Support HK retail team with innovative digital engagement

Agencies/ Vendors Management:

  • Coordinate in planning and developing regional digital campaign in partnership with agencies

  • Manage agencies and media partners for smooth execution and deliver up to standard services

  • Manage and review agencies to track reports, analyze results and prepare final share-out for internal communications on a regular basis
