The Key Account Manager is responsible for key accounts in Hong Kong. Maintain a long term customer relationship with accounts andmaximizingsalesgrowth inKey account Channel. Development and performance of sales activities in line with the company’s vision, values and strategy. S/he also works independently to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market place.


  • Manage Key Account Channel to achieve sales goals & profitability objectives

  • Maximize business growth of assigned Key Accounts by formulating sales planning and strategies

  • Deliver Channel Forecast and P&L from Gross to Net target as assigned

  • Key Account Management on driving execution excellence

  • Develop close workingrelationshipswithKey Accounts(Headquarters/Stores frontline)

  • Communicatesnecessaryinformationtoappropriatedepartments-includingcoordinationofeffortsbetweenmultipledepartments.

  • ManageKA Team for daily operating issue, get up-to-date market intelligence in trade

  • Work in alignment withRegionaland company business strategy /objective
