Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and timely data entry for any manual APAC New Hires, Status Changes, One-time Bonus Payments and Terminations

  • Ensures submitted paperwork falls within Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

  • Runs audit reports and ensure data integrity of the system

  • Work with auditors to provide evidence per quarterly audits

  • Trouble shoots any system issues and ensuring appropriate parties are involved to resolve issue.

  • Maintain organizational structure within the Workday database.

  • Provides functional support for Human Resources regarding inquiries, errors, and missing data.

  • Provides advice and options on the best way to automate processes in the system.

  • Complies with legal and compliance requirements and ensures strict confidentiality of records and information.

  • File maintenance - filing of keyed transactions, overall responsibility for file integrity, facilitating file audits

  • Responsible for Data Uploads.

  • Resolves Helpdesk Tickets in a timely manner.

  • Preparation of APAC payroll reports for local HRBP & international payroll team.

  • Participates in ad hoc testing for system upgrades and new functionality roll-out

  • Enter test data as needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday and SAP)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in the use of spreadsheet and database applications (Excel, Access).

  • General knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures and policies

  • BA or equivalent years of experience

  • 2 – 4 years in HRIS
