DHL Express, Inc. HR Performance & Programs Manager in Hong Kong

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, AP, the incumbent will manage programs / projects of strategic, technical and operative nature, in a matrix environment, by applying proven expertise, methodology, knowledge, and experience to the business in order to improve cost efficiency, quality, performance, and operations.He/she will be the main contact point for the following programs:

  • HR KPI reporting – Communicating workforce metrics, collation and validation of country reporting; preparation of regular HR KPI reporting for Global Office, AP DHL, and AP Management Board; and performing data analysis to assist in business decision.

  • HR Data and Systems – Support roll-out and operations of HR related systems; and, support analysis and reporting of regional systems based on defined HR processes, business needs and IT strategy. Regional administrator for Global/regional systems such as PaperPark, Shared Data Hub, eRecruitment, AP iShare site and other relevant systems.

  • Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) – with the support from Shared Services support, manage the technical/systems set up and communication related to the annual survey across AP according to global/regional guideline and timeline (e.g. Survey ordering, survey administration, reporting and follow up). Provide regional/country analysis of results especially regional functions (e.g. AP Operations, AP Finance etc). Lead the formulation and deployment of regional follow up approach in alignment with global approach and ensure AP Country EOS Champions are aware of their follow up responsibilities including regular tracking.

  • HR Quality Survey (HRQS) - Manage the annual HRQS for HR within the country, including nomination process, communication, data and reporting, in liaison with the global / regional Performance & Programs teams.Lead the HRQS follow up after the HRQS result released. Gather feedback and set up action plan for next year.

  • Employee Recognition Events – Manage the regional Employee of the Year (EOY) program and coordinate the regional flagship recognition event Employee Of the Year (EOY).

  • HR Awards and Recognition - Apply for different external best employer awards (e.g. Great Place to Work, Aon Hewitt Best Employer and Top Employers Award). Ensure proper tracking and communication of key external best employer awards.Coordinate internal HR awards (Best-in-Class HR/Top HR initiative/Corporate Awards)

Requirements

  • University qualification in HR and/or in Finance, or equivalent discipline.

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in HR field. Knowledge in express business is an advantage.

  • Experience gained in MNC with exposure in regional role is preferable.

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Proficient in using MS office tools, especially MS Excel

  • Strong hands on experience in using and managing HRIS

  • Strong analytical skills and number sensitive

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Good project/program management skills

  • Strong in developing and managing internal and external relationship with stakeholders and business partners.
