  • Handle merchant client calls and take follow-up actions

  • Answer and follow up prospective merchants inquiries

  • Conduct outbound sales related call

  • Conduct merchant due diligence checking

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education or above with at least 3 years of customer service experience in sales or customer service field

  • Strong customer service quality mindset and excellent telephone manne

  • Good customer service and problem solving skills

  • Familiar with banking products/market knowledge is preferred

  • Dedicated and team spirit

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
