Description

  • Lead the bank to formulate business and advertising media strategies on digital acquisition and sales to achieve business goals

  • Initiate and implement effective digital marketing campaigns from end-to-end to drive sales conversion digitally, including SEM, SEO, social media marketing

  • Work closely with product teams including credit cards, lending, banking, etc, to synergize and formulate the effective client growth plan and execution

  • Analyze and utilize digital MIS data to make recommendations to optimize overall strategies

  • Build digital partnership with external vendors and merchants to expand the potential base for customer acquisition

  • Deploy of latest advertising technology to increase the efficiency of marketing investment

  • As the focal point in Hong Kong to work with regional team for regional-wide projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder

  • At least 10 years of experience in Performance Marketing

  • Strong business acumen and exhibits strong balance of creativity and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline

  • Excellent written English and Chinese
