  • Develop and execute competitive sales strategies to achieve business goals

  • Synergize sales resources and abilities to meet diversified business objectives

  • Represent dept. to co-work with internal business units to conduct bulk biz projects

  • Supervise sales teams to ensure consistent high productivity

  • Responsible for acquiring positive sales

  • Develop new business revenue streams

  • Represent the company to deal with external service providers/vendors, Visa/MasterCard/Diners Associations and/or other industry players as to strategic initiatives and programs

  • Lead teams to achieve sales and revenue targets set by management

  • Solicit new EPP merchant clients in Hong Kong and Macau

  • Plan and organize sales blitz projects to improve acquiring penetration at strategic locations

  • Organize client relationship cultivation activity

  • Manage and monitor key merchant account sales performances

  • Monitor market acquisition situation and keep management appraised on any potential key merchant account attritions

  • Maintain close communication with market contacts to obtain up-to-date business opportunities and risks of big account

  • Keep close communication with stakeholders to monitor the changes of acquiring market environment and quickly identify reactive measures to response the changes identified

  • Conduct prudent merchant operations assessment and make sound recommendations to the management in optimizing the merchant business bottom line

  • Develop and provide merchant training and marketing programs

Qualifications

  • University graduate with at least 10 years sales experience with good understanding of the merchant business

  • Excellent leadership and presentation skills

  • Customer service oriented

  • Strong in relationship management and communication

  • Strategic mindset and presentable

  • Good understanding of credit card operations

  • Mature, ability to work under pressure, good team player and ability to work independently

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
