Schneider Electric Field Services Strategic Marketing Intern in Hong Kong

Objectives:

Working within the Field Services APAC, Middle East & Africa Commercial team and leading various Strategic Marketing initiatives (Business Analysis, Communication, Program Deployment, Market & Trends Analysis, etc.)

Environment & Context:Schneider Electric, the Global Specialist in Energy Management & Automation. The Field Services division itself is responsible for developing and delivering assets’ related services to Schneider Electric customers (maintenance contracts, consulting, spare parts, trainings, modernization of installations, etc.). The Field Services APAC, Middle East & Africa Commercial team, responsible for supporting all countries of the zones on both commercial & execution domains, is composed by resources & experts based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai, Indonesia & Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating monthly business analysis linked to the Field Service Business
  • Managing business projects & supporting Regional deployment of Global Field Services programs
  • Managing the Regional Team communication (Customer Success Stories, Internal Social Network, etc.)
  • Driving Schneider Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) Adoption & Effectiveness across countries
  • Completing Market Trends & Competition analysis

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Business (or equivalent)

  • Excellent command of English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and creative skills
  • Pro-active and autonomous mind-set

Primary Location: Hong Kong S.A.R.
