Job Title : Customer Services Executive, Flexible Benefits - Health & Benefits

Business U*nit & Location: Aon Risk Solutions, Hong Kong *

The Roles:

  • Mainly to answer customer enquiries & complaints with professional manner via phone & emails.
  • Provide professional customer service & relationship building
  • Handle membership matters and the maintenance of the membership database
  • Assess and process Flex claim according to company’s claims guidelines & ensure claim are processed within company service standard
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Flex client
  • Cooperate with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services
  • Participate in Flex Ad hoc projects and renewal communications.

Our Requirements:**


  • University graduate with over 3 years working experience preferably in Customer Service area within the insurance sector.
  • Passed in IIQE papers with knowledge of general insurance preferred
  • Good customer service skills and effective communication skills
  • Conduct employee communication session on ad-hoc basis
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure
  • Good analytical skill and detailed minded
  • Good interpersonal skill and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Powerpoint & Chinese typing and have strong Excel skills (data management)
  • Immediately available preferred
