DHL Express, Inc. Customer Service Representative (Customer Contact Centre) 5 days work in Hong Kong


Working Location : Kowloon Bay

Working Hours : Monday – Sunday, including public holidays 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (5 days, average 44 hours per week)

You will be responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients through 24-hours hotline. You will handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing, as well as to solve the problems and complaints from customers.


  • Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSEE or equivalent)

  • More than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in contact centre environment

  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Customer-focus with good telephone manner

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good team-spirit and problem solving skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills

Fresh graduates of Degree/ Associate Degree with experiences in direct customer interfaces will also be considered
