Position Description:

  • Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email - Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients - Taking orders and providing after sales service - Maintaining a professional and good image to customers on providing business services - No shifting is required

Position Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 2 years experiences in Customer Service/ Sales Support would be preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered

• Good written and oral English and Chinese. Oral Putonghua will be an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good telephone manner

• Able to work independently, as well as, be a team player

• Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive

• PC literate

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
