Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To further develop and strengthen CRM planning and implementation for Fresh HK & Macau

  • To solid trade marketing business opportunity

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • To devise CRM Strategy and manage CRM budget

  • To develop year-round CRM action plan aligning to marketing campaign and sales objectives

  • To recruit new members and increase existing VIP revisit

  • To consolidate and analyze consumer data (both quantitative and qualitative) to derive business indication and provide related action plan to deliver CRM objectives

  • To develop and implement in-store event, VIP events, roadshows and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales

  • To work closely with Product Managers on supporting product launches, including business data analysis, plan & execute members communication and report preparation

  • To implement new CRM family rewards program

  • To communicate with departments and regional marketing team to make sure full utilization of all tools available to manage consumer data.

  • To source and develop premium items

  • To manage all collaterals required to support the activities in sales channels (e.g. brand brochure, consultation book and all CRM related counter materials)

  • To generate routine CRM reports and evaluate all CRM activities' results and provide action plan

  • To define sampling strategy and implement usage plan

  • To manage trade marketing and to build strong relationship with business partners to maximize opportunities in key department stores and shopping malls to capture sales and gain ranking

    Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years experience of CRM or loyalty program within Beauty Retail industry

  • Strong in project management and budget management with experienced in planning and executing CRM strategies

  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms

  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to analyse data issues and able to work under pressure and tight schedules

  • Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis

  • Understand the global market trends and passionate in beauty, luxury and stylish lifestyle goods

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and overall strong computer skills
