VM Manager

Key Purpose of the Job:

Supporting VM team to develop the displays concept and layouts

Key Area of Responsibility:

  • Create and develop VM concept, image visuals and graphic materials for the seasonal window displays

  • seasonal window displays

  • Provide support for events and special set up.

  • Follow up on production work of VM materials liaise with contractors, designers, printers and suppliers on technical production work.

  • Assist in all duties in the visual merchandising department including sourcing necessary materials.

  • administrative support for the VM Team

Minimum Relevant Experience: 1 year

Minimum Academic Requirement: Study in design/VM/art related course

Required Written Language:

1: English Fluency: Quite Fluent

2: Chinese Fluency:Local Level

Required Oral Language:

1: English Fluency:Quite Fluent

2: Cantonese Fluency: Local Level

3: Mandarin Fluency: General

Required Professional Qualification:

Education: Study in design/VM/art related course.

Experience: 1years’ solid experience in fashion retail industry


  • Strong visual and fashion sense.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and design software.

  • Proficient in MS office with knowledge in PPT presentation / Excel etc.

  • Creative, Outgoing and energetic personality.

  • Creative, hard-working, independent, flexible, detail-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people at all level.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
