Description

  • Monitor the day-to-day operations of account opening and client documentation services including both products and credit documentation in Hong Kong

  • Monitors usage patterns and recommends changes

  • Assist to provide on the job training to the teammates and conduct in-house training

  • Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Department Head

  • He/she will also have regular communications with different constituents including marketing, Credit, Legal and Compliance to understand and manage any concerns regarding quality of work and service standards

  • Support FATCA implementation and Tax forms validation

  • Liaising with External Lawyer on the creation of Mortgage, Redemption of mortgages and Registration of Charge etc.

  • Manage credit documentation discrepancies by creating, extend or uplift DDR

  • Generate DDR report on credit related documents for Management reporting

  • Facilitate static account maintenance setup, IOS letter reconciliation and CRF report monitoring

  • Handle unfunded and Expired W8ben for MSP/CIM accounts

  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of successful banking track record in a Bank, preferably with at least 3 years in an Account Opening, Client Documentation Services and Account Maintenances experience

  • Strong commitment and demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage change in a positive manner

  • Appreciation of diversity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

  • Strong commitment to quality user service and a desire to drive innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives
