Position

Objectives:

The position will be assisting marketing and controlling team in providing reporting and analytical support to meet the commercial and supply objectives of the company.

Job Duties:

1.Coordination and support of the Sales & Marketing processes

Prepare a range of daily, weekly and monthly sell-out reports that align to sales, marketing and financial analysis for the business

Participate in regular review meetings and assist in developing reporting needs for the management of key business milestones (Budget planning, Sales Forecasting, Marketing Investment analysis)

Follow up logging/tracking of funds to trade and A&P commitments (expense follow up)

Build a repertoire of business analysis tools to bring efficiency and analytical skill to the business through engagement with all relevant departments

2.Forecasting and supply management

Prepare product forecasts for the whole region 12-18 months in advance

Fill-in the forecasts in e-fast

Follow up of quotas and optimization of left-over

Follow up of catalog forecast based on sell-out and priorization management to markets for top sellers

Anticipate shortage issues and product potential through in-depth competition study and sell-out analysis

3.Development and maintenance of corporate and portfolio tools

Provide new reporting tools for trade animation profitability study (current TR database)

Create / update new matrix for sell-out follow up and analysis

Responsible for execution of the price lists by retailer and price follow up in the region in interaction with pricing dept. and area managers

Responsible for the overall administration of the sales management tool (Orion Sell-out)

Responsible for the overall administration of the shared drive

Profile

Criteria for performance evaluation :

Background

University graduated or above, preferable in Logistics, Business, Finance or related discipline

At least 3 years of solid experience in demand planning, in luxury industry (cosmetics would be an advantage)

Excellent command of Microsoft Office Excel with capacity of building dashboards, graphs, pivots, databases.

Strong analytical skills.

Personality

Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

Proactive and logical

Able work under pressure

Well organized, strong in problem solving and decision making independently

Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.

French is preferred to facilitate contact with HQ logistic and forecast teams.
