Support local marketing campaign launch plan execution by coordinating campaign requests with Central Assist Regional marketing manager in: o Asia launch calendar update o 360 campaign launch learnings (both fresh and competitor) Collaborate with TR team to align marketing and promotion plan Work closely with supply chain to ensure on time delivery of saleable/ sample, stock re-allocation and market forecast is aligning with Asia product strategy


Key competencies:

Fluent in Chinese and English Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skill Detail oriented Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management Hands-on, Independent and able to work with minimum supervision Strong analytical abilities Strong in retail experience

Technical skills:

Microsoft office (Excel, word and powerpoint)


Min. of 5 years of experience, ideally w/ 360 marketing experience but local operation/ retail experience is also considered Preferably 3 years of cosmetic industry, luxury retail experience and/ or with regional exposure TR experience is a plus University Degree/ MBA, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration related area Be flexible to other role based on re-organization in the future
