  • Drive Partner Revenue Readiness for Retail GBU through each stage of the partner lifecycle – Recruitment, Enablement, Go To Market

  • Maintain up-to-date partners skill readiness map to be refreshed quarterly

  • Drive Partner Revenue Readiness

  • To support SI's Adoption/Migration & Go To Market

  • Enablment: Drive gap analysis & enablement of solution providers

  • Drive the Enablement roadmaps & Go To Market plans with key partners

  • Work with the RGBU Sales team to meet Indirect Regional revenue quota thru effective Partner mapping,revenue readiness and Go To Market plans

  • Execute targeted partner recruitment using Product Partner screens and recruitment kits

  • Regular joint business reviews with country Channels sales teams on Product initiatives, GTMi and Directly Managed Partners (DMPs)

  • Drive all Tier 1 Partner to OPN for certification

  • Responsible for partner performance and return in terms of product adoption, solution availability, and partner skills, and partner satisfaction.

  • Maintain accuracy of ongoing Partner mapping by Industry, GTMi and Product initiatives for market coverage and determining gap analysis

  • Maintain currency of Oracle products (versions, emerging technologies) in the partner base and their skills readiness levels

  • Communicate and engage with related Divisional, Regional, and Country business development groups on business initiatives

  • Understand overall partner landscape & provide Market intelligence

Qualifications :

  • 8 to 12 years of Business Development/Sales experience

  • 6 years or above of technology related work experience, preferably in Oracle product related fields

  • Good industry & Oracle product understanding

Personal Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal, and communications skills

  • Ability to work as a team, yet work independently on resolving issues

  • Exhibits strong leadership and mentoring skills in partner development

  • Innovative, self-starter and yet a team player

  • Good presentation skills

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written, Fluency in Mandarin is useful

  • Willing to travel on a regular basis, where required

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
