The Activation & Partner Services Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of partnership accounts including cultivating exceptional relationships with partners, implementing & activating all contract deliverables, maximizing assets and reporting on results. This individual will also work cross functionally to manage on-going projects and work with various channels, both internal and external. This person must be highly attentive to detail & possess excellent project management skills. This role requires a collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

The Partner Services & Activation team, part of StubHub’s Partnerships & Business Development Department, is tasked with working externally with partners to activate partnerships and maximize our partner relationships within the industry.

Opportunities and Responsibilities Include:

·Responsible for day-to-day management and deal renewal process for various music, theater and sports partners with end goals of driving business initiatives for StubHub

·Grow, foster and maintain excellent relationships with partners - properties, rights holders, and agencies

·Manage the creative request process on multiple and concurrent projects

·Develop and launch results-oriented partnership marketing campaigns to ensure initiatives align with overall corporate and marketing strategies. Support goal setting, business planning, and budgeting efforts.

·Organize, activate & maximize contractual deliverables – including but not limited to IP rights, digital, social, in-venue, offline media, promotions, hospitality events, ticket distribution and optimization

·Navigate cross functionally to effectively schedule, create, implement and track assets: work cross-functionally with variety of departments, including Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Technology, Finance, Analytics and Legal, etc. to bring integrated solutions to partners.

·Collaborate internally and externally to best prioritize and optimize programs

·Drive services and solutions developed for Partners

·Align with Partner Operations Managers to problem solve and ensure both business and technical partner needs are met

·Challenge standard definitions of sponsorship activation and account management to bring new approaches and innovative ideas to StubHub.


·University degree with 4+ years of relevant working experience

·Highly organized with great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Experience managing the creative development process from concept through to implementation

·Strong understanding of e-commerce and internet based business

·Experience in the ticketing industry and ticketing products is a plus, but not a requirement

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Team player committed to delivering results in a fast paced environment

·MS Excel and PowerPoint Power User; HTML knowledge a plus

·Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

·Passion for music, sports and entertainment

·Collaborative and positive attitude

·Willing to travel up to 25% of the time; including weekends

·Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education required to perform job
