Lead the company-wide consumer database effort to support the customer relationship management (CRM) loyalty strategy and membership strategy
Design and manage customer database platforms and employ advanced analytics to analyze customer behavior and spending, to maximize revenue from various customers groups.
Support building the new infrastructure is the first phase of the CRM database effort.
Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve overall strategic objectives despite each department may have their own priority and guiding parameters as well as key performance indicators for success.
Work closely with revenue management, finance, marketing and related departments to identify gaps in the market and opportunities to increase customer spending.
Train and coaching mid-level database professional staff team to ensure seamless execution and quality deployment of database management systems & support the communications.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics or social sciences
Experience in launching CRM programs using advanced loyalty database, database implementation and management, ideally gained from a user and/or consulting environment in insurance, credit card or personal banking industries.
At least 12 years demonstrated experience in financial analysis, system integration and program evaluation will be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both English and Cantonese
