Reporting into the Head of Dealing in Hong Kong, this role works with a portfolio of business clients on their foreign exchange and international payment needs to achieve set business goals and financial targets. You are expected to actively engage the key stakeholders within the clients’ organizations to understand their business directions and the impact on their foreign exchange and payment needs.

We’re seeking a Junior FX Dealer, based in our Hong Kong office. In this roleyou will formulate account plans that include foreign exchange services, risk management tools and online platforms, to better serve and meet the needs of your clients. You will also be responsible for providing your clients with ongoing updates as to how global economic news influence their company’s cash flow, product pricing, and profits.You will also benefit from working alongside and assisting FX Dealers which will allow you the opportunity to develop your sales skills and financial market knowledge. There is a clear pathway for career progression within our firm for the individual who demonstrates the right attitude and consistently executes on given tasks.

  • Assist FX dealers in their operational and administrativeduties.

  • Receive and act on customer requests to deliver thehighest standard of service in any customer interaction.

  • Liaise between FX dealers and operations units toensure that corporate transactions are settled promptly and accurately.

  • Adopt a customer centric and professional approach witha high level of service quality when interacting with the customers.

  • Help to effectively answer customer enquiries as wellas solve problems of internal and external customers pertaining totransactions over the phone.

  • Demonstrated success in a client facing role.

  • An understanding of the banking and/or finance industry.

  • Highly self-motivated and confident, withhigh integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.

  • Contribute a positive team environment and fully embracediversity

  • Fluent English and Cantonese.

  • Excellent communication skills across all media, as wellas ability to use technology.
