We’re seeking a Headof Corporate Sales, based in our Hong Kong office. In this role you will be responsible for leading the HK sales team, driving team performance, and developing effective strategies that establish business objectives, create new business insights and converts them into profitable commercial opportunities.

  • Manages business plans tosupport the strategic goals and achieve HK new business targets.

  • Manage, coach and energizethe Sales team to achieve and sustain sales growth and development.

  • Establishes relationshipswith RSMs, global GTM team, and the operation team to help nurture andsustain new business opportunities.

  • Actively seeks out newbusiness opportunities. Makes extensive use of own network contacts togenerate additional high value business.

What you will need tosucceed:

  • Degree holder or above inBusiness Administration or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 10 years corporatesales experience in financial or payment industry.

  • At least 5 years provenexperience in leading a sales team focused on acquiring new business.

  • Strong ability in peopleengagement, leadership and influencing skills with good financial acumen.

  • Exceptional written andspoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin a plus.

  • Relevant experience in HongKong Market.

  • Ideally possess SFC Type 3(RO) License.
