Job Description – Enterprise Sales Executive ( HK )
Hours:Full Time – Mon -Fri (9 am – 6 pm)

We are ideally looking for an experiencedEnterpriseSales Executivewith at least5+ years of experience within the IT vendor, consulting or IT services industry. Developing & implementing strategic sales plans, your proven track record in solution/services selling within the Enterprise-sector will see you earning great commission!
You will be working within a sales function in ourHong Kongoffice, focusing on business withinHong Kong. You will be working in a fun, vibrant team with members from all across Asia Pacific.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing and engaging existing Enterprise clients to drive further business growth.
New business development – prospecting, identifying and building relationships with potential new clients and key decision makers.
Understanding of solution selling
Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
Consulting with, and preparing proposals and quotes for, clients based on their needs
Maintaining knowledge of the market and competitors
Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Effective with time management and prioritization
Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational skills
Enjoys working on teams
Effective communication skills via face-to-face communication, email and phone
Professional Qualities and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating new business in the Enterprise client segment
Proven track record of sales performance
Well-developed negotiation and sales skills
Strong strategic planning and business development skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Commercially astute and abreast of new market trends
- Attractive OTE package with uncapped commissions
