As we continue our expansion we are seeking an experienced Vertical Solutions Consultant in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Vertical Solutions Consultant (VSC) is a Compliance and Risk subject matter expert with revenue growth accountability, they will have knowledge of the industry or product sets (AML/CFT Screening and ID verification solutions) and will assist the sales teams and market planning teams with customer engagement in order to advance the sales process and ultimately grow the Business Services International Risk business in a pre-sales capacity. The VSC provides expertise by applying product and/or process to the customer base within a specific vertical or territory. Provides technical support for implementations and quick start training. Maintains the latest market knowledge while accomplishing and supporting sales and market planning goals. Drives revenue in the vertical through continuing education, consulting and support of the entire APAC Customer Base and sales force. Reports directly to the Sales Director - APAC.


  • Interacts regularly with customers and prospects (both internal and external) to provide leadership, expertise and guidance in translating how to overcome regulatory requirements and customer challenges. This is presented in a persuasive business case, leading with insight to differentiate LNRS in the customer engagement providing confidence and trust.

  • Develops and maintains an in depth understanding of all customer objectives. Performs the appropriate operational analysis and formats the results into a professional customer presentation/workflow.

  • Responsible for maintaining leading, detailed knowledge of regulation, market needs and trends, competitor/customer developments and communicating these effective to the business.

  • Expected to participate in and effectively lead the workflow presentation to the customer mainly via telephone/WebEx/face to face, and provide risk information and analytics and market specific knowledge and understanding of the proposed solution.

  • Develop a deep technical understanding of LNRS API and data feed capabilities, ideal candidates will have extensive experience working with customers on API builds or other technical integrations.

  • Work closely with Sales on responding to RFPs and prepare technical proposals and statements of work to win new business. Post sale, work cross functionally with account management, integrations and engineering teams to guide successful customer integrations

  • Maintains good relationship with functional client contacts to ensure effective pre sales engagement, implementation and ongoing customer experience to deliver maximum value.

  • Create insight and assist in positioning to ensure LNRS is differentiated and is recognized as Subject Matter Experts. This may include speaking engagements at events.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in business-related major or statistics or related experience

  • Excellent project management and analytical skills

  • 5-10+ years direct client experience

  • CAMS or CFE Certified (preferable)

  • Minimum 6+ years of risk management experience or education/certification in a specific field

  • Relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with market planning, sales, batch, XML, sales leadership and all internal customers

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • CRM technology experience preferred

  • Smartdraw or Visio (or similar workflow software) experience preferred

  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients

  • Solid time management skills and strict adherence to timelines is critical

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently

  • Travel is required
