In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join the well-established ultrasound customer services team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Customer Services Health System team in Hong Kong.
You are responsible for
Leading and managing the Customer Service Ultrasound team
Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and field change order
Providing technical advice and coaching to team members and service providers
Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction rate while able to solve difficult technical challenges
Collaborating with Project Managers and Sales for project relocation or product marketing strategies
Cooperating with sales distributor in varied sales or marketing activities
Prepare/validate product technical support competency level
Communicate with business units for new product training arrangement
Escalate problem case to global helpdesk for problem solving
Responsible for site incident case follow up action
Provide technical consultation during tender bidding process
You are a part of
Philips Customer Services team and report to the Head of Service Leader of Health System.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Diploma or University graduate or above in Engineering related discipline
At least 5 years of service maintenance experience, preferably in the field of healthcare or medical related industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent coaching and leadership skills
Flexible, confident, performance driven and positive attitude even under pressure.
Good command of both spoken English and Cantonese
