This position supports to our Regional Tax Office (Japan Asia Pacific) in Hong Kong with key responsibilities as follows: * Provide administrative support to the Regional Tax Vice President and the Regional Tax Offices in Hong Kong, China and Philippines * Organize and schedule appointments * Maintain general office supplies, manage document filing and record keeping * Manage travel arrangements of the team and ensure timely preparation and processing, reconciliation and submission of expense reimbursement reports * Liaise with other departments and offices in collecting information for tax reportings * Support the team in conducting research and consolidate for presentation * Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients * Provide general support to visitors * Handle ad-hoc tax professional assignments and monthly tax reportings,as required Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Are you up for the challenge? If you have the following qualifications/skills, we would like to hear from you: * Minimum 7 - 8 years relevant working experience as team administrative assistant * Common sense knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills * Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin * High proficiency in MS office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint * Good ability to build business relationship, self-motivated and a good team player * Able to work under pressure and multitask * Good organizational and time management skills
