  1. Sales Achievements
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales plan.

  • Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales plan.

Lead and guide the team towards achieving/exceeding sales plan.

  • Strengthen and develop relationships with existing customers.

  • Sell to NEW Tiffany customers, utilizing customer engagement tools as appropriate.

Utilize Tiffany Strategic Selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.

  • Ensure all staff has a full understanding of all necessary information for key business initiatives via appropriate communication and training.

  • Optimize all customer engagement opportunities relating to key business initiatives.

  • Consistently and accurately capture all customer data in support of building and developing lasting client relationships and to obtain customer feedback.

  1. Service Excellence
  • Engage with all customers to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service.

  • Positively contribute to store’s delivery of the Tiffany Experience.

  • Independently resolve all customer issues up to the maximum level permitted under the established retail guidelines.

  • Work as a team partner with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment.

  • Remain current on all industry news and company updates

  1. Corporate Standards and Directives
  • Fully understand and support current business initiatives and new product launches in order to drive the success of the business.

  • Ensure all sales activity complies with corporate brand standards and directives, including Product Presentation and Visual Merchandising.

  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise.

  1. Store Operations
  • Ensure store operates efficiently and effectively and in compliance of company standard.

  • Collaborate with CVM and merchandising for timely implementation.

  • Maintain standards for all creative vehicles in store, including: Windows and vitrines, signage, flowers, bar, holiday décor.

  • Maintain standards for merchandising directives: Ensure case line presentations complete and up to date and maintain merchandising adjacencies.

  • Assist in preparing relevant reports as assigned by Store Manager.

  1. Staff Guidance and Role Modelling
  • Build and develop robust internal and external pipeline of retail talent through training and coaching.

  • Proactively manage performance by providing ongoing constructive performance feedback and coaching.

  • Demonstrate as a role model to the team and lead them towards achieving sales goals and maintain excellent service.

  • Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience

  • Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability

  • Proficient in computer literacy and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Luxury brand experience or jewelry background is definitely an advantage
