Your team:

You'll be based in Hong Kong, leading the Wealth Management (WM) aligned recruiting team. You'll report to the WM Recruiting APAC Lead, who is also based in Hong Kong. You'll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide; we're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by getting the right candidates.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • extensive experience in a business facing recruitment or Human Resources role, either in-house or via an outsourced provider

  • previous management experience in managing a team of professionals

  • knowledge of local legislations

You are:

  • able to develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies

  • driven, resourceful and always professional (but you have the human touch)

  • an effective communicator in English and preferably Mandarin/Cantonese; capable of influencing and engaging with people at all levels

  • highly collaborative with strong problem solving and issue resolution skills

  • a proactive, client focused, results-oriented team player with high standards of ethical and professional behavior
