Job Summary

We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and an appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.


  • Play a key role in Landscape projects in Hong Kong and/or China as a project leader or manager.

  • Leads medium to large size projects with responsibility for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and team members are working together effectively.

  • Develops landscape design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope with a focus on coming up with innovative solutions.

  • Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

  • Play a key role in client management and satisfaction, developing presentations and reporting.

Minimum Requirements


  • Around 10 years’ proven experience in a project management role for mid-to-large scale landscape projects in Hong Kong and/or China

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines

  • Proven experience successfully managing teams; well regarded by peers and direct reports.

  • Strong client management skills

  • Strong financial and budget management skills

  • Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software packages.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Good writing and oral communication skills both in English as a minimum. Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills will also be an advantage.
