  • Interlocks with key customers and partners across GEO to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Bring forward opportunities to both Tactical & Strategic Kaizen Transformational leads for Geo and market

  • Provides process guidance to strategic and tactical Kaizan when to facilitate change activities, and to escalate potential issues or conflicts.

  • Support the tribes resolving process issues / questions related to tribe, acting as SME with a focus on velocity, quality & controls

  • Support the change management within the tribe or Geo to maximize the expected benefits of the transformation

  • Lead process improvements yielding improved cycle times, simplicity and improved client experience (both market and global)

  • Integrate local Process/documentation/audit requirements

  • Keep stakeholders updated on status

  • Work with the Transformation Guild ensuring the change impact of our transformation portfolio causes minimum business disruption within the tribe or Geo

  • Thought Leader who challenges the status quo throughout the organization.

  • Ability to work with Stakeholders and manage expectations and priorities,

  • Excellent verbal and written skills,

  • Ability to influence the organization without formal authority and hold your ground in face of divergent opinions,

  • A team player with a “can do "attitude”

  • Strong Facilitation (e.g. Workshop or training sessions) skills,
