AT&T Director, Strategic Planning in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
Drive Asia-Pacific Region-wide strategic revenue growth, Asia Pacific integrated customer solutions, Asia Pacific Customer Experience and Satisfaction, & International P&L improvements through leadership, governance & execution on critical cross-functional strategic initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams for initiatives in the Asia Pacific region for continuous improvements in revenue, efficiency, and reduction of cost, through excellence in execution. Conducts research, analysis planning and implementation of internal and external opportunities for development, cultivation, integration and management of investment growth and new business development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives in the Asia Pacific region for continuous improvements in revenue, efficiency, and reduction of cost.
Transform AT&T's Asia Pacific business through execution of business licenses in Asia Pacific countries, and support negotiations with partner's in region
Program manage the Asia Pacific alliances with AT&T's partners including sales alignment, product enhancement, network improvement, mobility features, IOT, etc.
Develop and Launch new products/solutions in Asia Pacific region to build incremental revenue with end to end accountability
Key Competencies and Skills:
Senior Level Experience in a demanding environment, focusing on real time issues together with the ability to plan and execute large complex strategic projects on a global basis.
Strong technical and commercial insight is essential, as the role is a key contributor to the company's overall global solutions strategy.
Profound understanding of international business, network, sales, customer solutions, and carrier arrangements and excellent stakeholder relationship building skills.
Well developed and proven leadership, project management and people coaching and mentoring skills are essential.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and/or Masters Degree
Multi-lingual preferred: Mandarin / Cantonese / English
