be in charge of implementing and maintaining the onboarding process
coordinate between regions and between distributions (institutional in particular)
respond to questions and requests in regards to the onboarding process and documentation
coordinate for any requests for Compliance, Legal, Tax and other competence teams
support COSMOS approval for any KYC/AML requirements
keep track with MIS for onboarding/lifecycle/off-boarding in Region

Base in Hong Kong, you will work closely with the client service team and the institutional client coverage team in the region (Hong Kong and Singapore).
Your experience and skills:
strong in communication (verbal and written)
comfortable in liaising with colleagues based in various locations globally
fluent in both written and spoken English
a bachelor degree
3 years+ of client servicing or relevant experience in asset management environment
excellent numeracy and analytical skills
