CCD Manager




Lead the team to build customer marketing plan from shopper and customer insights. Integrates the Customer Marketing Plans with Brand Marketing Plan and Customer Business Planning.


  • Leads excellence execution of the Customer Marketing Plan with cross functional / organization collaboration. Establishes measures and process to monitor the implementation.

  • Develops and applies the category strategy and tactics with the Customer to achieve store and shopper penetration, utilize innovation, maximize visibility and optimize growth and profitability.

  • Manage total trade investments to achieve the Customer Marketing Plan. Analyzes the ROI of the marketing activities executed with the customers

  • Involves in S&OP process by providing input in volume plan, highlighting customer based assumptions, risks, and opportunities.

  • Demonstrate strong thought leadership in customer and shopper centric mindset, strong passion to drive growth with continuous improvement.


  • A degree holder in any discipline, preferably on business / marketing field.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant Customer Marketing experience.

  • 2 to 3 years Account management experience is an advantage.

  • Customer facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written & spoken).

  • A team player with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
