LNRS launched in Asia in 2013, the business has grown rapidly and now has offices in Shanghai, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong - as we continue to expand and launch new products we are seeking a new Account Executive to be based in Hong Kong.
The product suite includes a range of industry leading Identity Verification, Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC and Financial Crime software solutions and databases.
This new position will be a part of the sales team in APAC. The Account Executive will be focused on maintaining and growing existing accounts through engaging with and developing a relationship with the customer. The AE will work in partnership with the Business Development team.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies for customer retention and revenue growth within existing accounts.
Develop clear and thorough sales plans for each of the assigned accounts detailing all relevant information about an account, its industry, and its specific LexisNexis Risk Management history so that you can strategically target your efforts to determine additional product or solutions LexisNexis Risk Management can provide.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, and act as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions.
Cold call to secure appointments, gather information on customer needs, position and demonstrate LexisNexis Risk Managements product as solutions to customer’s business issues, manage customer objections, negotiate pricing and contracts and close the sale.
Develop research analysis techniques to determine customer prospects that Risk Management products and solutions can meet prospective customer business needs. Contact these prospects and determine the business needs, decision makers to penetrate new business relationships.
Manage customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis.
Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to use all relevant LexisNexis Risk Management products and solutions to effectively present them to clients on an ad hoc basis, but also to incorporate and use the same in the creation of your account strategies.
Clearly demonstrate your understanding of LexisNexis pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively answer clients questions or implement solutions in a timely fashion
Maintain a current understanding of LexisNexis Risk Managements competitor offerings (i.e., price, product, service, or solution) so that you can effectively sell the advantages of LexisNexis Risk Management over that offered by its competitors.
Work closely in a team environment with sales support and technical implementation employees to satisfy customer needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
· BS/BA or equivalent
· 5+ years proven sales experience, Ability to close a sale
· Work experience in a professional sales environment desirable
· Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills
· Understanding of professional research process and have the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of LexisNexis Risk Management products and solutions and how they apply to the customer’s needs.
· Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge
· Siebel knowledge a plus
· Strong Customer Service, relationship development and customer satisfaction skills
· Strong ability to promptly manage and respond to numerous tasks, initiatives and to manage sales campaigns to completion while maintaining attention to the detail.
· Strong ability to negotiate contracts.
· Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals
