We ’reseeking a GlobalMoney Transfer APAC FP&A Finance Manager for ourHong Kong office. This role isresponsible for North Asia financial support and APAC consolidation. The successful candidate will be the APAC owner of Planning, Forecasting, and Results process for GMT. The role will provide consolidated review of financial performance, recent trends and lead the overall Planning & Forecasting for APAC. In addition, this role coordinates across WU Finance to ensure alignment of key processes and deliverables and to ensure end-to-end process improvement.

Responsiblefor North Asia (US$0.1B Rev) P&L and APAC consolidation
Ownsthe annual GMT North Asia financial plan and the associated budgeting,forecasting and R&O processes; key contributor to the GMT APAC strategicplanning process, including the LRF and financial analysis of long-terminvestments
Supportsthe Head of APAC FP&A
APACconsolidation - coordinates and consolidate Plan, Forecast, R&O, andresults from other APAC FP&A teams to ensure integrity of forecasts
Managesongoing reporting cycle to ensure routine dissemination of business performanceand discussion of results with GMT North Asia management
Ownsthe management / financial tracking related to GMT APAC pricing investments andcapital spend; maintains an up-to-date workforce plan
Supportseffort to reduce commission rates, bank fees and other distribution costs;accountable for driving productivity efforts and minimizing agent losses
Alignsto GMT APAC business priorities (e.g. new business efforts, work-forceplanning, zero-based budgeting, product/channel cost attribution, etc.)
Ensureconsistency and accountability in adherence to defined policies and practices,reducing exceptions and variation
Providead-hoc reporting and support
What you will need to succeed:
At least 8 years’ expense in finance area, orequivalent
Experience in multi-national organizations,educational background in finance or accounting
Skills& Competencies required:
Strong foundation of finance and analysisskills and experience, accounting knowledge is a plus
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and tightsubmission deadline
Strong data organization skill set
High degree of financial acumen, understandingof impacts on financial statements, links with accounting, tax, treasury, etc
Responsive and customer-focused
Able to take a strong leadership role inimplementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives andbusiness success
Able to have transparent and productiverelationships and collaborate successfully across the organization
Ability to be a company-wide change-agent thatinfluences strategic actions and mindset changes
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Access, Powerpointand Word
